In 2024, we were delighted to receive planning permission for our first bespoke house design.
A single storey, 4/5 bedroom house with an open plan living room that takes advantage of the magnificent countryside views.
KEY ASPECTS TO THIS PROJECT
Open plan space that uses level changes to zone the spaces and exposed beams, internal stone features and angled glazing to create visual interest.
Separation of Private and Public Spaces whilst keeping it single storey to future proof the build for the client.
Maximise the site topography and the stunning views of the landscape to fully immerse the house within its environment.
Stripped back palette of materials to tie in with the surrounding houses within the immediate area.
