We are delighted to share some progress footage of our Alexander Avenue, Eaglesham project.
This project consists of the following:
- Demolition of existing rear conservatory.
- Internal alterations to existing kitchen to accommodate new internal layout.
- Formation of single storey extension to rear and side of property.
- Extension and internal alterations to accommodate Kitchen/Dining, Utility Room, Master Bedroom and En-suite.
Byrne Home Improvments are the contractors on this project.
We are delighted to be establishing our architecture services both locally in the south side of Glasgow and a little further afield in places like Bridge of Weir and Lugton. The jobs we have managed to secure in the last 5 months reflect a wide range of the services we provide including single and two storey extensions, internal alterations, renovations and interior design.
Here are some updates to the jobs we have on the go at the moment:
In January we were delighted to receive building warrant approval for a loft conversion on Brenfield Road in Netherlee and building work will be starting soon.
We are waiting on planning permission for this job after agreeing the initial concept design. This involves waiting 21 days for neighbours to be notified.
We contacted a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to help establish a detailed estimated construction budget. The QS worked to the concept design our client wanted the most and this has given them accurate information to consider as they look to finance the project.
We have sent the initial design booklet to our client which contained 4 options (Including 3D visuals) to choose from. We are now scheduled to meet the client to discuss the options with a view to moving forward to planning.
We have also been appointed and since initiated the creative process with households on Craighill Drive (Single storey extension), Polnoon Street (Internal alterations and a possible extension to the rear) and Regwood Street (Possible internal alterations and interior design services).
