Attic Conversion
A tired attic conversion that was not fit for purpose. We helped to reveal it's potential, working with the original construction but completely reconfiguring the layout to create a luxury bathroom, 2 generous kids bedrooms and an office for this busy young family.
Key aspects to this project
Our clients at Beech Crescent had recently moved into their house at the start of lockdown, however, they inherited an attic conversion whose convoluted layout wasn't working for their families needs. Although a great overall size with 3 bedrooms, the family bathroom was accessed through a bedroom which you needed to duck down to access and the office area was in a tiny alcove.
We provided 3 options for our client and have now finalised their chosen design and have managed to create 2 double sized bedrooms, a double office space to facilitate the new normal working from home situation, an informal seating area within the hall and a large 4 piece suite bathroom accessed from the hall.
