A non functional space transformed into a spacious, fun and light filled one.
Key aspects to this project
Single storey rear extension (approx. 11m2) and internal alterations to existing kitchen, dining and utility room to create open plan kitchen, dining, living space with larger utility room.
During the design phase we explored a thinner longer extension design and a wider but narrower in length extension, both approximately 11m2.
