Flat Renovation
Dundrennan Road was a tenement flat in the southside of Glasgow that although had great bones was in need of major renovation. It originally had 3 bedrooms, living room with a proportionally tiny kitchen and awkward bathroom.
Houlet Studio overhauled this flat from top to bottom.
Key Aspects to this Project
The renovations for this project consisted of the brave decision to convert a bedroom into a large spacious kitchen and the existing kitchen was converted into a large 4 piece suite bathroom. This freed up space to fit a convenient utility room in the previous bathroom space.
In addition to the conversions of rooms, a complete overhaul of the electrics, plaster work and decoration was carried out to transform this ugly duckling into a beautiful luxury flat that added significant value to the property.
